Payment Method: PayPal and / or CashApp ($COREActive)

For security and tracking purposes, CORE uses PayPal for payment processing. PayPal helps keep your transactions secure by not sharing your full financial information with sellers, and it also covers the seller against situations such as claims of non-receipt and unauthorized transactions just to name a few. If you are using a credit and/or debit card, you will be required to create a PayPal account (just a user name and password) and register your credit and/or debit card. When you are ready to make a purchase, select "Pay with PayPal" as the payment option. You'll enter only your PayPal user name and password and PayPal will process the transaction with the payment information you have on file. When placing an order at core-activwear.com, you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa debit cards with the MasterCard or VISA logo. We also accept payments via CashApp (Cash Tag $COREActive). We do not accept checks, cash or money orders as payment.


Placing or Receiving Orders

Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, CORE ships all items within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. You may place an order through our easy checkout here at core-activwear.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests.


Missing or Damaged Merchandise

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please contact us at 336.541.8678, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to speak with us. We will assist you as quickly as possible.


Return Policy

Although your satisfaction is our top priority, we DO NOT offer refunds at this time. Exchanges ONLY! If you have any problems, questions or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment at 336.541.8678, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, or by completing our contact form on the "Contact Us" page of our website. Please include your sales order number, pack slip or invoice number. All merchandise must be returned in NEW, original condition to be considered for an exchange. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. We strive for nothing but great customer experiences here at CORE Active. Your buying experience is our top priority, and our CORE Guarantee means that your satisfaction is paramount to our success.


Shipping

CORE is working very hard to keep your total costs as low as possible. We currently charge $5.99 for standard shipping. (Shipping pricing may vary if ordering in bulk).
